Post-Construction Cleanup
for Baltimore Properties
That Need a Clean Final Reveal

A lot of post-construction frustration comes down to the last layer of visible mess. The build may be complete, but the glass still shows spotting; the frames and sills need detailing; the screens are still in the way; or the property just does not look truly ready to show. That is where our process helps. We give detailed estimates, document the work with before-and-after photos, use specialized pure-water window-cleaning equipment, and do not invoice until the client has inspected the completed work and is satisfied.
We’re Baltimore Pressure Washers, and we help Baltimore properties look finished when construction or renovation is done, but the final presentation still isn’t there yet. For this service, our strongest lane is final exterior presentation cleanup with a heavy focus on post-construction windows, glass, frames, sills, screens, and the visual details that make a property feel ready for handoff, occupancy, listing photos, or a final walkthrough. We handle both residential and commercial work, and we’re used to building our schedule around what the property needs.
Post-Construction Cleanup Pricing &
Cost Factors in Baltimore
How We determine Pricing
Post-construction cleanup pricing depends on the exact scope of the job, not a blanket package. We look at the number of windows, the size and type of windows, whether you need interior work, exterior work, or both, whether screens need to be removed and reinstalled, and how difficult the access is. Height matters too. Some work can be done safely from the ground, while other projects may require ladders, a lift, or hanging staging.
We also look at whether the job includes standard cleaning or specialty correction. If there is water spotting, acid rain staining, oxidation bleed, or other residue that needs a different treatment, that changes the process and the price. Time on site matters as well as whether the project is a house, commercial property, apartment, condo, or campus-style building. In some cases, timing affects price too, especially if the work needs to happen early, after hours, or on a weekend to avoid disruption.
There are a few confirmed window-cleaning component prices that may affect the scope of post-construction cleanup. Exterior window cleaning is generally priced around $150–$200 per hour, depending on height and other variables. Interior window cleaning typically starts at $299 and increases with the number of windows. Screen removal and reinstallation can be charged at $1 per screen. Those are related window-cleaning figures that may affect post-construction cleanup pricing. They are not a guaranteed all-in post-construction package price.
Final quotes can be handled by email, phone, or in person. When needed, we also conduct site visits to bid the job correctly and set expectations before the work starts.

Choose Baltimore Pressure Washers
for Post-Construction Cleanup

Honest, Detailed Estimates That Set Clear Expectations
We are very descriptive in our estimates because we would rather answer questions before the work starts than leave people guessing. We try to beat the customer to the question by spelling out the scope, expectations, and what they can expect ahead of time. That reduces surprises and helps everyone understand what is included.

Work Scheduled Around Your Property’s Needs
We work around client schedules to avoid unnecessary disruption. That can mean early starts, weekend work for commercial properties, or timing the job around pedestrians, customers, tenants, and general building activity. If public safety calls for a pause, we pause. The goal is to get the work done right without creating avoidable problems on site.

Specialized Equipment for Safer, More Efficient Cleanup
Our equipment matters in this type of work. We use a deionized pure-water window-cleaning system, carbon-fiber poles, and a horse-haired brush system to clean more safely and efficiently. When a project calls for it, we may also use lifts or hanging staging. We keep our equipment updated seasonally, and that helps us move faster while still protecting the final presentation.

Residential and Commercial Exterior Cleaning Experience
We work on both residential and commercial properties, so we are comfortable adjusting the job to the site type, access, and schedule. That matters for builders, contractors, property managers, HOAs, apartment and condo contacts, and commercial property owners who need a company that can handle exterior cleanup without turning it into a guessing game.

Trusted Service, Strong Reviews & Professionalism
Customers choose us for convenience, customer service, trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability, experience, punctuality, professional equipment, and an environmentally friendly approach. We also have strong reviews, are fully licensed and insured, offer free estimates, and provide 24-hour service.

Let Us Restore The Look Of Your Property
Our Proven Post-Construction Cleanup Process for Baltimore Projects
1

Estimate Request, Scope Review & Scheduling
Once a lead comes in, we email the customer to confirm we received the request and begin drafting the estimate within 48–72 hours. Estimates can be handled by email, phone, or in person. If we need to see the property first, we schedule a site visit. Before coming out, we send a text with a specific ETA, so you know when to expect us. For commercial projects, scheduling may be adjusted to avoid disruption, such as by avoiding weekends or early starts.
2

On-Site Assessment, Access Planning & Pre-Clean Documentation
Before we begin, we determine the exact scope of the project and whether the work can be completed from the ground or needs ladders, a lift, or hanging staging. We look at the types of windows and surfaces involved, whether screens need to be removed, whether there is staining, oxidation, or specialty residue requiring a different process, and whether older or delicate windows need extra care. We also take before photos for documentation and liability purposes. CompanyCam or Housecall Pro photo documentation may be used, and if customers are comfortable with the portal, they may be able to view photos there.
3

Interior Prep, Screen Handling & Detailed Window-Area Cleanup
If interior window areas are part of the scope, we move more carefully because we are inside the property. Clients may remove screens themselves, or we can remove and reinstall them for $1 per screen. Interior sills may be vacuumed first, then scrubbed and cleaned. Frames are wiped down, and the glass is cleaned carefully with a scrubber and squeegee. We may also ask clients to move furniture away from windows to work efficiently and keep the process clean and controlled.
4

Pure-Water Exterior Cleaning & Specialty Spot Treatment
For exterior glass, we clean using deionized or purified water delivered through our carbon-fiber pole system. That approach is safer and faster than relying only on conventional ladder-and-squeegee work. Standard window cleaning does not use chemicals unless there is a specialty issue. If we find water spotting, acid rain staining, or oxidation haze, we may use One Restore as a specialty treatment, and that is an additional charge per affected window. With the water-fed pole system, we can clean windows up to 60–70 feet, and higher work may be completed safely up to about eight stories, depending on the environment and access.
5

Final Inspection, Client Approval & Post-Service Follow-Up
At the end of the job, we do a final inspection before billing. We do not invoice until the client has inspected the completed work and is satisfied. After photos and documentation may be available through our systems, and automated reminders and review requests are part of our broader communication process. For larger properties, apartments, condos, and commercial jobs, we work within the property’s communication flow so the right people stay informed.
Satisfaction Policies & What’s Covered for Post-Construction Cleanup
There is no confirmed standalone time-based warranty. What we do offer is a 100% satisfaction-first process. We are detailed in setting expectations up front, and we do not bill until the client has inspected the work and is satisfied with the completed service. That gives you a chance to review the results before the invoice is issued.
