We use soft washing on delicate surfaces like siding and painted wood, delivering cleaning solution at about the same pressure as a garden hose. Pressure washing is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and metal that need direct agitation to come clean.
Are the chemicals you use safe for my plants, pets, and landscaping?
We pre-wet all vegetation before applying anything and dilute bleach to just 0.5 to 1 percent, which is fully neutralized during rinsing. Downspouts draining into flower beds are bagged with zip ties to catch runoff.

Do you bring your own water, or will you use mine?
Every truck arrives with 250 gallons of water. We request access to your outdoor supply during the service. For properties with well pump issues or limited pressure, we bring our 750-gallon commercial trailer.
Can you work around my business hours for commercial properties?
We schedule commercial work entirely around your operations, including weekends, after hours, and early mornings. For hospitals, we find the least busy period. For apartments and condos, we coordinate with building management, who notifies tenants before the cleaning date.
