Power Washing
New Market, MD
Trusted Exterior Cleaning for New Market Homes and Commercial Properties
New Market properties face a mix of rural and semi-rural conditions that can leave marks on siding, roofs, gutters, concrete, and windows. Trees, leaf drop, shrubs that hold moisture close to the house, slope-related drainage, silt, construction dust, and traffic residue all play a part.
At Baltimore Pressure Washers, we provide power washing for homeowners, commercial property owners, HOAs, and property managers in New Market, MD, who want clear communication and dependable results. Since launching Baltimore Pressure Washers in 2011, and with hands-on pressure washing experience dating back to 1994, we have built our work around careful surface cleaning, honest recommendations, and a process that fits the property rather than forcing a single method onto every job.

Why Property Owners in New Market Turn to Baltimore Pressure Washers
Experience Built Over Decades in the Field
Experience matters when a property has steep grades, tricky access, older materials, or staining that will not respond to basic rinsing. Our owner has been pressure washing since 1994, and Baltimore Pressure Washers has operated since 2011, so we bring long-term field judgment to every estimate and every cleaning plan. Years in the field help us set realistic expectations before the job starts and make safer decisions once we are on-site.
Straight Answers and Detailed Estimates Before Work Starts
A clear estimate saves customers from surprises later. We are known for very descriptive proposals, often with enough detail to answer common questions before you even have to ask them. That also means we do not oversell. If a house wash may already improve the windows enough that a separate exterior window cleaning can wait, we will say so.
Faster Quote Follow-Up With Clear Scheduling
After a lead comes in, we follow up by email and typically start the estimate process within 48 to 72 hours. If a site visit is necessary, we promptly send a text with an estimated time of arrival to ensure you don't have to wait. Once the work is approved, Housecall Pro reminders help keep the appointment and follow-up communication organized.
Professional Equipment Chosen for the Surface and the Site
The right equipment makes a difference on rural properties, sloped lots, tall homes, and commercial sites with access challenges. We use 4 to 8 GPM pressure washers, a one-inch diaphragm soft-wash pump with a proportioner and V-Mac compressor, 250-gallon truck tanks, and a 750-gallon commercial trailer with a hot-water unit when more volume or specialized cleaning is needed.
Five-Star Service With Professionalism From Quote to Completion
Customers choose us for convenience, customer service, trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability, experience, punctuality, professional equipment, and an environmentally friendly approach to exterior cleaning. Reviews matter because they reflect what the actual experience feels like, not just what a company says about itself.
Safer Methods for Steep, Sloped, and High-Traffic Properties
Not every job is straightforward, and that is exactly why method selection matters. We tailor the work to the site rather than pretending every property is the same. Some projects need extra water supply planning, some need lifts or staging, and some require us to pause for pedestrians or vehicles. If a job cannot be done safely or reasonably, we are willing to say that up front.
New Market Power Washing Pricing, Savings, and Maintenance Options
Service Pricing
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the material being cleaned, the amount of buildup present, and access conditions such as roof pitch, steps, handrails, dormers, porches, valleys, screens, difficult layouts, or poor water pressure. For New Market properties with slopes, tree coverage, or rural water supply challenges, those details can affect labor and setup time, so every final quote is built around the actual site.
- House Washing: roughly $350 / $399 up to around $1,000
- Roof Cleaning: roughly $350 / $399 up to around $1,500–$1,800
- Exterior Window Cleaning: roughly $150–$200 per hour
- Interior Window Cleaning: usually $299 minimum, then increases with window count
- Gutter Cleaning: about $250–$600
- Driveway Cleaning: about $199–$1,800
- Deck Cleaning: about $250–$800
- Solar Panel Cleaning: about $350–$800
Special Offers
and Discounts
Bundle and Save
There is no rigid formal bundle menu, but we can reduce costs when multiple services are completed on the same appointment. Often, combining multiple services results in 5%–10% off each service, and for nearby/local jobs, the reductions could range from $20–$25, contingent on logistics. Commercial discounts are not typical, but they may be considered for ongoing HOA relationships, recurring general contractor work, schedule-filling opportunities.
Recurring Plans
Recurring work is usually discussed in the context of ongoing HOA relationships and recurring general contractor work, especially where common areas, traffic residue, leaf buildup, or dust make repeat service worthwhile.
Protection Policies and Service Guarantees for Added Peace of Mind
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the work with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. That also means the final inspection before billing is done, and no invoice until the customer is satisfied.
Roof Warranty Protection
Roof cleaning comes with a 5-year warranty, and we back it up. Results often continue to improve in the weeks after treatment as rain works through the surface, so if you notice any shingles that are still darkened or stained after 30 days and multiple rainfalls, call us. We'll come back and respray the affected areas at no charge. That said, a strong warranty means nothing without honest expectations. If lichen or moss is embedded deeply enough that forcing it off would damage the granules, we'll tell you that upfront. Aggressive removal that compromises your roof isn't a service; it's a liability. We'd rather give you a realistic picture of what's achievable than overpromise just to win the job.
Gutter Drainage Protection
Gutter cleaning comes with a 3-month drainage guarantee. If your gutters aren't flowing properly after the next rainfall, call us, and we'll make it right, no charge. For New Market properties dealing with heavy leaf drop and dense tree coverage, that assurance carries real weight. What the guarantee covers is worth clarifying. This is a drainage guarantee, not a promise that your gutters will stay debris-free indefinitely. If you're under an active tree canopy, leaves and buildup will return; that's just the nature of the property. What we're standing behind is that the job was done right and that the water will be moving the way it should when we leave.
House Washing Coverage
For house washing, we offer a “2-year guarantee”. That gives homeowners added confidence that the work is designed to hold up, especially in areas where organic buildup tends to return on the shaded sides of the home or in areas surrounded by trees and shrubs. It is a practical form of reassurance, not a vague promise. We want customers to know what is covered and to feel comfortable asking questions before booking.

How Our Power Washing Process Works
1
Quote Request and Prompt Follow-Up
Most jobs start with a call, email, or website form submission. Once that comes in, we follow up and usually draft the estimate within 48 to 72 hours, using the customer’s preferred contact method whenever possible.
That early communication sets the tone for the whole job. Customers in New Market can request pricing and scope details by phone, email, or in person when the property needs a closer look.
2
Site Review, Photos, and Scope Building
If a site visit is needed, we text ahead with a specific ETA before arriving. Photos are then taken of the front, sides, and rear using CompanyCam so the scope is clearly documented for the customer and for our job planning.
This step matters on larger lots, semi-rural properties, and homes with sloped access where a quick curbside glance is not enough. Some customers can also view job-related images through the Housecall Pro customer portal, which helps keep everyone on the same page.
3
Surface Review and Cleaning Method Selection
After the estimate is approved, Housecall Pro reminders help keep scheduling organized. Before cleaning starts, we prep the property by pre-wetting plants and surrounding areas, bagging downspouts to prevent roof chemicals from draining into flower beds, and asking customers to flag any well pump or water pressure concerns before the work begins.
4
Match the Cleaning Method to the Surface
Different materials need different treatments, so we choose the method based on what is being cleaned rather than using one process for everything. Soft washing fits siding and roofs, pure-water systems fit many window and solar panel jobs, and surface cleaning works well on concrete and similar hard surfaces.
5
Cleaning the Property With the Right Equipment
The cleaning itself is handled with equipment matched to the site and surface. We use 4 to 8 GPM pressure washers for rinsing; a soft wash system with a diaphragm pump, proportioner, and V-Mac compressor for low-pressure chemical application; truck tanks for standard work; and a 750-gallon trailer tank when a property needs more water or has pressure limitations.
The method then shifts by surface. House washing uses low-pressure detergent application and proper rinsing. Roofs may be treated from the top or from the gutter line; driveways are blown off, treated, joint-cleaned, surface-cleaned, and rinsed; windows use a pure-water carbon-fiber pole system; gutters may be handled with a GutterVac Pro and GoPro; and solar panels use purified water through the water-fed system. On commercial sites, we may also work around pedestrians and vehicles, use lifts, or stop work when wind makes conditions unsafe.
6
Final Inspection, Billing, and Follow-Up
At the end of the job, the customer checks the work before billing. The customer inspects the work before billing, and “we do not bill until the customer is 100% satisfied.
Follow-up matters too, especially on roof cleaning. After 30 days or following multiple rainfalls, call us if you see any shingles that are darkened, remain darkened, or remain stained. And then we come back free of charge and respray specific areas.” Once the customer is happy, the invoice is sent, and a review request may follow.

Local Experience That Fits
New Market Properties
New Market properties come with their own mix of exterior cleaning challenges, and that is where our local experience helps. We work with homes and commercial sites in this part of Frederick County that deal with tree-heavy lots, leaf-filled gutters, moisture around shrubs, sloped access, well-water pressure issues, windblown silt, construction dust, and traffic residue that builds up on visible surfaces over time. Those conditions affect how we quote, stage equipment, and explain realistic results, whether the property is a single-family home, an HOA common area, an apartment or condo site, or a busy commercial location. We also understand that nearby communities such as Mt. Airy and Libertytown share many of the same issues, so our process stays grounded in the kinds of properties and conditions people actually deal with here.
